To access betting, gaming, and withdrawal services on on88b, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

on88b reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds have been met;
• The withdrawal method matches a payment account held in your own name;
• No active compliance investigation or account review is pending.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under five minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes. These are estimated processing times only and are not guaranteed; network congestion, bank clearing windows, or compliance review may extend processing time.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds awarded under any promotion are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details (typically between 15x and 20x unless otherwise stated).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the on88b platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the on88b platform:

1. Opening or operating more than one Account per person, per household, or per device;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using automated software, bots, AI systems, or any device to automate gameplay or wagering activity;
4. Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format;
5. Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
6. Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a manner designed to circumvent anti-money laundering controls;

All content on the on88b platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, design elements, trademarks, logos, and interface layouts — is the intellectual property of on88b or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the on88b platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; use any on88b trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on on88b content.

Any unauthorized use of on88b intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, on88b's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — arising from any cause whatsoever — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

on88b shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or data arising from your use of the platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;

• Any loss arising from your failure to adequately secure your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will not be accepted until the limit period resets.

Upon termination of an Account, on88b will process the return of any verified Cash Balance to the player's last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC checks and the absence of any outstanding liabilities or unresolved compliance investigations. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of submission.

Players are not entitled to commence legal proceedings in respect of any on88b-related dispute without first exhausting on88b's internal complaint procedure as described in this clause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which on88b holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that on88b is an internationally licensed platform and that Malaysian domestic gambling legislation does not regulate international online gambling platforms of this nature.
